Exchanges, returns and delivery
We will exchange or refund any merchandise you are not satisfied with, which must be returned within 60 days.
You must inform us at email@example.com of your intention to return a garment so that we can follow up on your preferences (exchange or refund). The customer is responsible for the return costs and the delivery costs will not be refunded.
We suggest that you use a delivery method that will allow you to insure and track your return package. Keep your package tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for damaged, misdirected, or lost return packages.
